Nh Iquique Costa Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The newly renovated room had a beautiful sea view, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was located right on the shore and had a nice boardwalk. It was also convenient for exploring other sites in the city and going to the mountains without having to cross downtown. The breakfast offered a wide variety of well-prepared options, including gluten-free choices, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was impressive, with a great view and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the range of amenities offered, such as 24-hour room service, laundry service, and a shuttle service. this hotel provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience.

NH is a very nice hotel, with a particular charm and a very good price-quality indicator. It's a little far from the center, but you can clearly see that distance when you make your reservation and in Iquique all the places are easily accessible. Within the high aspects is its staff, always attentive and available to the passenger; the rich breakfasts; the cleaning of the rooms and common spaces; the availability of the swimming pool, there is even a small heated pool, which is appreciated. The restaurant is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner; the breakfasts are delicious, varied and well attended.

My air conditioner is too noisy, I use it at night, but here I couldn't use it. Something common with other places is the fact of being able to combine the passengers that we go to rest (in weekend) of those others that go for business, I tried to rest in the swimming pool without telephone, nevertheless it did not lack the group of people who spoke all the time of work and aloud or the interminable timbre of the messages, which to my opinion is a topic to work of each one, but that the hotels could help with some rules that helped to the best coexistence.

The services provided by the hotel are very good, the attention excellent, friendly and close, the services provided by the hotel are efficient and our room was always impeccable and with everything necessary to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable, the pool is comfortable and public spaces were always kept clean and orderly, the staff service was very good and always helping to any special request.

I believe that it is necessary that the workers are soaked of the tourist information of the place, that is to say, places to go to eat to recreate or museums and other places that can be crossed and visit, I believe that in this point the personnel of the hotel this but weak, but that a critic is a strength that must explode to approach much but the passenger.

Great location, comfortable beds, large room, good breakfast.

Our only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We had a family living next door, with children that woke up early and spoke very loudly. Therefore, we didn't get much sleep despite the comfortable beds.

building was badly maintained, external elevator area was old and not very clean. they were re-roofing the restaurant terrace, took away our view and created a draught that contributed to my cooling. in my room the bathroom fan was working in reverse, it was an intake of unfresh or stale air, I complained about. one morning I had to complain also because it was 1 pm and room was not clean, however I left at 9:15 am and put up the sign for cleaning. Finally I was unhappy to find out that they do not give you an instant invoice, if you are new to NH, they must create an account for you in Spain and regularization, they said, takes 3 days, you will have to see it. I think that this procedure does not comply with the regulations of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service; it is annoying to end a trip and have to control after the trip is over, that they comply with you, sending the invoice I need, etc. finally. there is bad sound insulation between the rooms, noise from the TV and conversation from one room to another,

The hotel was located on a great spot right next to the boardwalk with access to the mountains and downtown without going through busy areas. Our room had a sea view and was well equipped with a nice bathroom. the staff was very helpful and the breakfast had gluten-free options.

The restaurant service was disappointing. It took too long to get our dishes, even though there were only a few tables being served.

The location is far away to the centre. No taxi or any transportation can be found. The only way to ask the hotel to call the taxi before but it may take around 15-20 mins. The taxi fee will be charged 3000 or 3500 Peso per each ride.

A relaxed environment. Yes, you are not within walking distance to the town but are only a mere 10mins away from the town center by taxi, with fares around 4 us Dollars. The service was excellent throughout and meals served where very good. When we were there some small construction maintenance was being done by the pool area but this did not affect our stay. Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the short stay at the hotel.

Great location on the seafront with stunning views. Large and comfortable bedrooms with fully equipped bathrooms and good WiFi. Breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked, to, order eggs. Evening meals were reasonably priced and delicious. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist. Best aspects: Excellent breakfast and evening meals, helpful staff, and a fantastic seafront location with stunning views.

Limited food selection in the restaurant, resulting in repetition and boredom, especially after a few days. the outdoor space was very limited and could be better designed to make it more guest, friendly.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the ocean. The facilities were new and clean, especially the pool area. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk and close to the town center. The breakfast had a good variety, even including gluten-free options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a great location near the seafront and offered a fully equipped room with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked eggs and a variety of bread, cheese and fruit to choose from. We also enjoyed the evening meals that were reasonably priced and tasty.

The hotel was quite far from the downtown area and required a taxi to reach the city center. The noise level in the hotel was high, and we could hear the conversations of other guests through the thin walls.

The reception staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool, and although it needed a bit of updating, it wassuper clean and cozy. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including gluten-free choices. The location was a bit far from town, but taxis were readily available. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
